Thanksgiving String Progress and a Yarn finish

I didn't get quite as far as I expected.  There is extensive backstitching in the center circle along with some straight stitches.  I also subbed in first grade all day Thursday.


I also finished my mom's Christmas present, except for the button in the middle.


Hope it fits.
